On 23 October 2012, Andy Sparkes, Deputy Head of EULEX gave a lecture at the ISPE College in Pristina entitled ‘EULEX’s impact on Kosovo’s EU approximation’.

Sparkes talked about EULEX’s role in Kosovo in achieving EU standards and about the Mission’s main objectives, the rule of law in the north of Kosovo, and how EULEX helps in the implementation of agreements reached during the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade.
